went to strumpshaw fen to see the swallowtails, see about a dozen, including one group of three in the garden after that we went to lakenheath area we didn't see any golden orioles, but had a good day still ending with woodcock and nightjar at mayday farm in total 71 birds 9 butterflies 3 mammals
